RYSET (AUST) PTY LTD POLICIES AND PROCEDURES Starting as F&T Ryan Bros in 1933, Ryset Australia is a fourth generation wholesale distribution business supplying the horticulture industry. As a wholesaler, we sell to recognised retail outlets only and not the general public, all orders must be placed through your local retailer. Customer orders can be emailed to info@ryset.com We service Australia wide from our Melbourne warehouses. We do not have a minimum order requirement, however all orders attract a basic delivery fee. This covers delivery to your door for all products regardless of quantity, except for those products marked as EX WORKS or with the truck symbol in the catalogue. These products are unusually bulky and low cost (including bamboo and hardwood stakes, plastic pots) and delivery can attract an additional surcharge from couriers depending upon quantity and distance. If you are ordering a significant quantity of ex works product, call for a quote. Upon request we can hold back-orders if we are unable to deliver your entire order. Delivery is $10.00 for metro Melbourne, $15.00 for country VIC, NSW and SA, and $20.00 for QLD, NT, TAS & WA. WA garden and hardware is serviced by Healthy Plus Gardens based in Perth.
